Downtown Raleigh BJJ classes
Our schedule
We offer a range of BJJ classes for our students.
Focusing on a slower, intro class, this is perfect for new and first-time students to become familiar with the technique, positions, skills, and foundations of BJJ. During this class, you will not be rolling, and after training for a few months, we will invite you to All Levels so you can start.
BJJ Fundamentals
For our more intermediate members, you will learn more advanced techniques as you continue to grow your skills. Here you’ll see everyone from white to black belts working together.
all levels
No Gi is when you come to class in traditional workout clothing. It creates a faster and more real life scenario that gives you skills to use in case of an attack. We offer a Women’s Only No Gi Class on Saturday mornings.
No GI BJJ
For our blue belts and above members, this class will go over higher level skills as you progress in your BJJ journey.
advanced bjj
This class is used to dynamically apply the techniques we’ve learned in class. The rolling class is 30 minutes or more of sparring and groundfighting where you roll with partners for 5-7 minutes.
Rolling
Open mat is currently Saturdays 2:30 - 4pm. All members and friends of members are welcome to come and train. You can choose GI, NO GI, roll, or drill.
Open Mat
This is for children ages 5 to 13 and is designed to help your child grow their foundational skills with our guidance. Students progress at their own pace with a big emphasis on safety and proper execution of the techniques.
