This class is used to dynamically apply the techniques we’ve learned in class. The rolling class is 30 minutes or more of sparring and groundfighting where you roll with partners for 5-7 minutes.
Train in traditional workout clothing instead of a Gi. This style creates a faster, more realistic scenario that develops essential skills for self-defense and modern grappling.
This is our core program for those starting their journey. It focuses on a slower-paced environment to ensure you become familiar with the essential techniques, positions, and foundations of BJJ.
